Local churches, organizations and individuals support the Golden Rescue Fund (GRF), a community resource for those in need. Travel bags of food, grocery cards, bus passes, gas cards, emergency prescriptions and emergency lodging (usually by referral through the Golden Police Department) are available to Golden residents and others who may be traveling through our community.
Individuals, couples and families must meet the guidelines for a referral.
Golden residents may access the GRF once every 6 months; non-residents one time only.
