Each spring Golden High School (GHS) students may obtain and submit applications through the school counselor for the Merit Plus Scholarship offered by Rotary Club of Golden. Ten students are then selected for an interview by the Golden Rotary Scholarship Committee, and four students are chosen as scholarship winners. A check for $1,000 and a scholarship award certificate are presented to each winner at the GHS Awards Night in May.
