Seniors’ Resource Center is a non-profit community partner dedicated to the independence, dignity and quality of life for seniors in the Metro Denver area and surrounding communities.

Our programs include Transportation, Adult Day & Respite Services, In Home Care Services, Mental Health Outreach, Volunteer Services & Opportunities and Care Management Services.

Our service area is primarily in Jefferson County; and covers the Metro Denver area and mountain communities, through our “Yellow House” in Evergreen.
